Water Analysis for Power Generation
Water quality is critical in power generation, contaminated steam or boiler water can cause corrosion, erosion, and turbine damage.
​At Texas OilTech Laboratories, we use advanced technology to detect contaminants at parts-per-million levels, including chloride, phosphate, dissolved oxygen, hydrazine, sodium, and silica. This ensures reliable operation and prevents costly failures.

We also test for Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), key combustion by-products regulated to under 15 ppm. With proper water and steam control, NOx emissions can be reduced while meeting turbine manufacturer specifications for purity.
